March 11, 2004 ~ For Immediate Release: The BC Inline Hockey Association will be holding its 2004 Officials LeadershipSeminar on Saturday, March 20, 2004 at the Sportsplex in Langley, BC. This Leadership Seminar will be hosted in conjunction with the National Inline Hockey Association - Canada to continue the development of the referees in British Columbia. This Seminar will run from 2:00-5:00pm and will feature the Head Referee from BCIHA member leagues and the NIHA-Canada Referee-in-Chief, Dan Duffy. For further details please contact the BCIHA:
